Flying Flags

While the many government bodies in the European Union, the United States, and Canada have all taken different approaches to privacy and data protection issues,  many government representatives, agencies and governing bodies have made an effort to draw attention to the importance of data privacy and protection in one way or another.  On these pages, you can access a variety of resources created by government agencies and government officials within the EU, Canada, the federal and state governments of the United States specifically to help consumers understand and navigate various privacy issues.  Attorneys General, Governors, state Privacy Officers, federal agencies, and others can be valuable resources in the effort to learn about data privacy.  Stay tuned here as we continue to add government resources, and let us know if there are any we have missed.
